If I could give 0 stars, I would.
I did not authorize or schedule a termite inspection, yet this company still sent a technician to my house without my knowledge or consent. When I called to clarify, the customer service supervisor was extremely rude — she even yelled at me and claimed I didn’t understand her because of my accent, which I consider discriminatory and unacceptable.
As a customer, I have the right to know who is coming to my home and when, and to receive a service report, even if no issues are found. I’ve been with this company for over 3 years and was never disappointed until now.
They claim the inspection was part of an “annual renewal,” yet no technician came for the past two years. Now they show up without notice, perform a service without permission, and refuse to provide proof that it was actually completed. Entering someone’s property without consent and performing a service could easily lead to legal consequences — this kind of action is completely unacceptable.
When I asked for a refund and to cancel my service, I was told only that “someone would call me back.” No accountability at all — just blaming the customer.
This is terrible customer service and a complete lack of professionalism. I’m extremely upset and disappointed, and will be switching to a different company.
Avoid this company — they do not respect their customers or their rights.

Clegg's removed a Racoon from my attic space. Could not have been more responsive. Cisco was point for Clegg coordinating inspections, racoon removal, damage removal, roof repair and insulation replacement.

Jay and Wesley installed a dehumidifier in our crawl space and sealed the vents. They did a good job, explained what they were doing and cleaned everything up when they left. Nice work!

Hands down the best and #1 pest control company. I have been using them for the past few years. Pete is my guy indoors and outdoors and for termite protection Dan is my guy. Teresa in the Charlotte office is personable, knowledgeable and AMAZING!! This crew is like family. I highly recommend this company.
