My first go at hiring a web designer in Charlotte was such a terrible experience that I let them keep my deposit money. Long story short, it was 3 months into the project and I still didn't even have some sort of demo website to look at. Needless to say I was super picky with who I worked with next. I was on a tight deadline to get this done with the other company wasting so much of my time. Nathan was so confident in his abilities to get the job done that in order to put my mind at complete ease, he put in the contract that if it was not done within 4 weeks he would give me a full refund.
