Very profesional. We had our water heather replaced. The tech came the same day I called, gave me an estimate and once I approved it he got to work. The technician had to stay late to finish but I had everything in working order by the end of the afternoon . Price also reasonable .
We were very pleased with Diyan who evaluated the problem and identified the problem and offered multiple options. He took his time and checked out the entire system. He spent a little extra time to make sure we understood the solution we selected. Diyan is a professional and very good at his job.
The technician was very polite and knowledgeable. He was very patient explaining every detail to me. I would definitely recommend this company. They were quick to respond and very pleasant to deal with.
