Outstanding service. Hot water heater established a leak and had a whole new one installed with 30 hours of calling Charlotte Mechanical. Mike John’s was installer and he was knowledgeable, experienced and a pleasure to work with.

We recently switched from another provider to Charlotte Mechanical and the difference in service and price has impressed us. Noah and Thomas came out for our first HVAC service and did a very thorough inspection and notified us of several items which needed our attention like a small gas leak to our system. The repair cost was very affordable for the work done. We were kept aware of exactly what was done and all our questions were answered.
We also utilized the new plumbing service offered to have a leak diagnosed and repaired to our sprinkler system and all of the worn out and leaking hose bibs replaced with frost free bibs. Mike came out and explained... read full review

We made the switch to CM a few years ago to service our primary residence (as well as our rentals) and have never looked back. Nick & Noah were onsite yesterday to perform routine AC services at our small multi-family. They were efficient but thorough...and super polite which is always a nice bonus!
