I just want to say how thankful I am for Dr. McPhaul, his hygienist, and Lisa Suggs, the patient coordinator. Dr. McPhaul was incredibly kind and understanding. I have PTSD and anxiety when it comes to going to the dentist, and not once did they make me feel the way other dental offices have in the past. I actually left with happy tears.

I can’t say enough good things about Dr. McPhaul and especially my hygienist, Melissa. I’ve always had a lot of dental anxiety, but Melissa made the entire experience so easy and comfortable. She was incredibly gentle, kind, and reassuring the whole time — even during my cavity filling, which ended up being quick, painless, and stress-free. Dr. McPhaul and his team run such a professional, welcoming office that truly puts patient wellbeing first.
