The difference after the cleaning was remarkable. The carpets looked brighter, felt softer, and smelled fresh. Several old stains that I thought were permanent were either completely removed or significantly reduced. Drying time was also reasonable, allowing normal use of the rooms within a few hours.
I called this company at the last minute, James & his team ( Ryan & Mike ) totally got me out of a potential bad situation with my customer, they were quick, detailed and very professional, Valency will be my go to for all my commercial needs.
The tech was very professional and did a great job of cleaning it to the point of brightening up my furniture. I wish I had it done sooner. The difference is noticeable. My furniture looks 100% better.
