Carolina Thai Healing Arts, established in 2014 by Liz Kriz, is a peaceful space that specializes in Traditional Thai Massage. Liz, known as a pioneer of Thai bodywork in Charlotte, has trained with well-known teachers across the US, Canada, the UK, and Thailand. She is dedicated to providing therapeutic bodywork, using singing bowls and specialized Thai massage to help reduce anxiety, tension, and promote harmony and balance. As an approved provider with NCBTMB, Liz teaches continuing education classes for licensed professionals in Thai massage, Thai herbals, modern cupping, and facial Gua Sha. She is very intuitive, making clients feel comfortable and creating a calming, positive atmosphere.
