It has been a little over two years since Carolina Crawlspace Pros encapsulated the crawlspace of the historic home I had recently purchased. At the time the crawlspace was standing in water, there was mold in the crawlspace and the hardwood floors on the first floor of the home were cupped. In the past two years, I have had no problems with my crawlspace. My hardwood floors are no longer cupped and there is no longer any mold. The quality of their work is outstanding and their customer service is even better. It's a great investment in your home, and this is the company to go with without a doubt.
Carolina Crawlspace pros were great to work with. They started earlier than estimated and worked quickly & efficiently. Our crawlspace had a high level of humidity (in the 70-80%). Carolina Crawlspace Pros came out cleaned and encapsulated our Crawlspace, and added a dehumidifier. Ever since, our Crawlspace has been between 31-45% humidity - only reaching into the 40’s during super heavy rain falls. The dehumidifier has a reader that remains in your house so you can watch the humidity levels every day. We have been very pleased with the outcome.
