I have had Carolina Carpet Solutions before and they have always did a great job, on time, and the person that did my carpets this time was so nice and meet all my needs. Was respectful of my time and home. I will have them again.

Chris called to let me know he was available an hour early; was that OK? Sure! Nice young man, thoroughly professional. Did a great job of explaining options and products. Walked the house to examine rooms to be cleaned and specifically stains, etc. Asked me if I had any questions before he started. (Nope) Got right in, set up, and started cleaning. Carolina Carpet Solutions was recommended by my neighbor, who has used them for years. I sent a Quote request, also expressing we needed their services pretty quickly, if possible. Within 2 minutes of me submitting the request, the owner had emailed me right back with a quote and available dates and times. I needed an appointment quickly, and Matt made it work for us. Not only did he make magic happen by being here in such a timely manner, the owner came and cleaned our carpets and rugs personally.
