Difficult to deal with. When requesting a fill online they don't show the price until AFTER the fill has taken place. They also won't accept transfered RXs so what ends up happening for every maintenance med is you get your first fill at retail so you don't wait 4 days for the mail to show up then you have to go through the hassle of getting your provider send a new RX to CarolinaCare for subsequent fills. 🤦‍♀

Poor customer service. Apparently close on a Sunday. Well, clinic are open on Sundays. We need to call first and repeat verification again of address to which they will send the meds, that were already verified by the doctors office. Such a poor processes with this pharmacy ALL the time.

This is terrible to have to use a third-party pharmacy and call to practically beg for needed medication. Atrium or Advocate health, who ever you all are these days….. Do you really want your employees showing up to work unstable and frustrated because they can’t get their medications ???? This is not ok, or safe !!!!
