I went to Dr. Lyles for my FAA Medical Certification. Very personable and efficient.
Very thorough and answered all my questions.
Easy and convenient location. Will use Dr. Lyles/CareFirst Medical Associates for all my future FAA medical certifications.
Friendly, helpful staff. They have been on time for my appointments each time I've gone. FAA 1st Class Medical both times. First one had an error but it was corrected within 48 hours on FAA side and I was provided an updated cert. Today, zero issues, in and out pretty quick. I'll likely use them moving forward for my ongoing medicals, they make it very easy to schedule an appointment and I had no additional paperwork to complete by hand when I showed up, literally the first time I've gone to any medical setting and not had to fill out the same information I already provided prior to arriving.
Received my FAA First Class medical here twice! Always quick and accommodating. Definitely the easiest place in the Charlotte region to book an appointment as you can do it right online. My medical history is basically nil which helps smooth the process, but I have no complaints overall!
