This is my 2nd time using alteration services. We were not disappointed. The second time My daughter’s dress arrived late. The business was kind enough to do the alterations and have them finished the next day which we needs. The dress fit so nicely it looked. Both dresses looked Spectacular; many compliments. In our experience we didn’t experience rudeness. I don’t think the workers are rude I think it’s just language barriers. They weren’t the friendliest but they weren’t rude either.
