They cleaned my moth infestation rugs, they repaired my antique Persian rugs that were over 90+ years old. They repaired one of them and they look amazing, easy to work with, great communication and very honest.

We have driven by Bob’s Oriental Rugs on Monroe Rd for years and never thought to get our Persian rugs cleaned. When the time came to give them a good washing, of course we called Bob’s. It was a pleasure to work with them. They are a family owned business and very professional. We received a video of each rug being washed and that was fascinating to see! Our rugs were so dirty, we could see brown suds swishing around. I was concerned that the rugs would lose color but this family knows so much about rugs. They did an amazing cleaning job on my dining room rug that has not been cleaned in 10 years. The colors are now vibrant, and all was done within a couple of weeks and at a reasonable cost.
The owner and his son seem very knowledgeable about the process and even sent a video of the cleaning process of my rug.
