The office was courteous and professional. They were able to schedule visits for the next day. The technician (Andrey) was punctual, friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. Overall, a good experience. I will be calling Bliss Plumbing again should I need any service for my tankless water heater.

They kept in touch with me until the appointment. Andrey was timely, courteous and walked through the work he had done at the end.
