came to charlotte for vacay and me and my mom came to get our septum and tragus piercings . mya did ours and she was phenomenal . both our piercings were just pinches . she was very kind , quick , informative and patient . definitely will recommend !

We had a wonderful experience with Hannah today! She was so welcoming from the moment we walked in. She took the time to explain everything clearly, from the pricing to the different types of jewelry available and walked us through the whole process step by step. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and professional, which made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend Hannah if you’re getting a piercing!

The entire facility was super clean! I got 2 piercings and about a quarter size tattoo. Hannah the piercer was AMAZING she had great conversation, was super quick, encouraging and PAIN FREE! My tattoo artist had super clean work being that it was such a small tattoo and he had an amazing vibe. I had a great experience and will definitely be coming back!
