Helpful staff. Large showroom with a variety of tile manufacturers. Knowledgeable about products and helpful with designs, layouts, etc. Prices are reasonable. You dont feel rushed or pressured to make a decision or purchase.

Best Tile of Charlotte has one of the best customer service reps around! Andrew G. want above and beyond to help us correct a mistake made in the order and installation of the home we are building in NC. We are 7 hours away and he worked with John, at the Best Tile branch in Columbia, MD to ensure that they found and secured the out of stock tile that we had originally order. Dealing with him over the phone and in email was delightful and super-efficient!
