This is the third shoe repair place I have brought my beloved irreplaceable L.L. Bean boots (they don't make them like that anymore and you can't get a replacement pair) too. Mr Crump fixed the issues. They also came back looking absolutely fabulous. I am so very pleased. Plus, he gave me some tips on caring for them, which no one else bothered to do. He also bothered to explain what was needed, was communicative about when they were ready, and was very reasonable in his pricing. Where someone else had sewn the bottom, they hadn't bothered to go back around it with glue, and he also sealed those spots.

I just moved to Charlotte and found this gorgeous purse, the vintage leather was dried and cracked. I needed full repair and Mr Crump was an absolute expert. He knew from the moment he saw the bag exactly what would be needed and even about the history of the type of leather. I'll be using his company more absolutely!

Finding a knowledgeable, detail oriented leather-maker who cares about quality is not easy but so glad I found Mr Crump! I brought in my vintage LV Randonnee GM that needed to have a loop repaired. Due to the location of the loop he had to do quite a bit of destructing the bag but it looks amazing! You can't tell that it even had to be done and he finished faster than anticipated. Quality of his work is fantastic & I'll be back for sure! Parking across the street is also super convenient
