Incredibly rude and dismissive , kept complaining about the quality of my shoes and the original manufacturer. Made me feel like I was genuinely inconveniencing him by bringing my business to him? Kept asking me why I came? And then when I showed a little bit of a concern about the price ($287- for a leather jacket conditioning and to add rubber to the heel of my shoes) he kicked me out and started saying how his prices are online ( they aren’t ) and how he doesn’t work for free ( no one asked u to lol)

Honestly I wanted to give him the benefit of the doubt multiple times but he insisted on being incredibly difficult to work with and rude.

I set up a consultation about fixing the strap and zipper of my golf bag. After around 10-15 minutes of talking about the item and how to fix it, he gives me the quoted price. Side note, he does not give quotes on his website or anywhere, you are to just guess a price and hope that it is in your budget. The price he gave me was around the price it would have been to buy a brand new golf bag, even if I did ask for an express repair. I told him this and he said “well what did you expect to pay”. I called this business attempting to get a repair. He was extremely rude and unprofessional from the onset of the conversation. He told me my voice sounded familiar and he had better things to do. I have never been so disrespected in my life. Now that I'm looking at other reviews, I see this is a trend. I would not recommend him to a single soul
