Impressed with the service. This is an old school dry cleaners. I mean that in the most flattering way. I've tried chain dry cleaners before. I simply prefer supporting locally owned businesses.
I've been going there for some time now and I haven't had no complaints because they do such a great job in dry cleaning your clothes, one thing I like is when they say your clothes will be ready on a certain day the majority of time it'll be ready before then I can't get mad because of that, I love it at times it comes in handy to get them out before the pickup date. I can't leave this out because they are very professionals in what they do, as well as being friendly, courteous, respectful and they show a great deal of professionalism.
Excellent service all the way round. I've never been disappointed. I moved a while ago and my fiance was using another source for her dry cleaning, was disappointed. I took our clothes we just got out from the other source to American and needless say, Now she's convinced and satisfied and we'll only be taking our clothes to American dry cleaners from now on.
