I had received a high water bill for $395 and thought that I had a leak. After contacting Charlotte Water I was told that I had to have a plumber come out because I must have a leak. I contacted Benjamin Franklin Plumbing and they had a technician out same day. Adam Wahl was very professional checked out everything and found that I didn’t have a leak and offered to send an email to Charlotte Water to let them know that the bill should not be my responsibility. Was very relieved and satisfied with their service. Thanks Adam! I would definitely give them a 5 star review!
