I first met Lisa when I was involved in a work/trade agreement at Be Yoga South/Carmel. At the time I was newer to yogic philosophy and integrative health practices. Being able to watch and observe Lisa's behavior during the public part of her client intake in the lobby of the studio really got me thinking about my own thoughts and actions. I met Lisa first as PT, then as yoga instructor and at last but least as my teacher for my yoga educator program. It was a gift from the universe! Thanks to her sincere and highly professional guidance I could find a better connection to myself, get relief from my back pain and find my own voice.
