A tree fell on my neighbor's house during a storm in May/2024. Belfor Property Restoration/Charles-Charlotte Office, came in and removed the tree and completely rebuilt the home. I watched the entire process. All the contractors were professional and did quality work. Very impressed and would highly recommend.
We discovered a leaking pipe in our wall that led to the discovery of mold in our wall, floor, and crawlspace. From start to finish BELFOR took care of the job - they got rid of the mold, replaced the floor, fixed the wall, crawlspace, painted ... it's like it never happened. They were professional, reassuring, and did everything possible to make sure our family was safe. We are grateful!
Our lives took a negative turn when my wife became unexplainably sick. Through research and investigation we discovered mold in our home. We reached out to Belfor for help. The first benefit we received was that these folks knew what they were doing and that we were in good, knowledgeable hands. They were patient with questions, provided helpful education and advice, promptly provided us services, worked as our advocate, and were extraordinarily professional.
