All of the ladies who work here are amazing. They make sure to explain everything to ensure you are comfortable. I really enjoyed the red light. It was calming. I felt like I worked out when I left the sauna…which is a good thing. I highly recommend.
Great sauna and red light experience! Staff is excellent, welcoming and helpful! Val keeps things spotless and comfortable. Have been going for about a year and has been the perfect addition to my health and wellness routine. Has really helped with muscle recovery.
I had my first visit here the other day. Francesca answered all my questions and gave me a tour. The room was clean and the perfect little space for a little relaxing spa day. I got to complete my day with a refreshing shower. I highly recommend coming here for time to yourself. Days later and I still feel refreshed from my visit here. Thank you beem light sauna!
