On line booking, no phone number. She is listed in a chair rental building but apparently is no longer there. I came at my booked time, someone let me in and a tattoo artist is now in her office. (207). Very disappointed.

Paola Montoya, the owner of this establishment uses an off market device which severely damaged my skin. I was in excruciating pain the ENTIRE session and she would not stop the process! She kept saying beauty is pain and thank goodness I made her stop before she did my entire face!! When I approached her with my concerns because skin was not healing properly, she continued saying that I was too much of a worrier and didn’t seem very concerned. I spent months with extreme anxiety because of the damage she caused. I had to make an appointment for another treatment for her to even see me. Horrible. My eyebrows were ruined. From the moment I saw them I told her I didn't like them. She never offered to fix them nor did she give me any type of compensation. She told me I could pay to have them removed by laser. I ended up going somewhere else and paying another $400 to have them fixed.
