This is my first time coming to this location. Friendly and welcoming staff as soon as I walked in. Check-in was quick. I got a deep tissue massage with Kiya, she did absolutely amazing to focus on my area that needed a lot of attention. Kiya was amazing. I will definitely be returning with her.
I had a 60-minute Signature Massage with Kia at Bambu Massage and it was honestly one of the best massages I’ve had. I’ve been dealing with back pain for months, and she really took her time working through the tension instead of just rushing through it. I left feeling so much lighter and relieved — the difference was noticeable immediately.
The space itself is beautiful. It has a nice, modern vibe, very therapeutic, and it smelled amazing the moment I walked in. The front desk staff was pleasant and welcoming, which made the whole experience even better from start to finish.

Been coming to Bambu Massage Charlotte for years on and off. The massages and atmosphere are always great. Today I felt compelled to leave a review because my massage with Mya was EXCELLENT. She listened to my needs, was professional and caring, and during the massage it felt like stress was literally melting away. Thank you again, Mya, and will be coming back soon!
