From the moment I received appointment confirmation, every aspect of the service was exemplary. The check-in and check-out processes were seamless.
Finally, and most importantly, the massage itself was exceptional. The therapist demonstrated excellent communication skills by asking pertinent questions and subsequently delivering on their stated intentions. The pressure applied was consistently appropriate throughout the session. I believe I have discovered a new preferred establishment for my therapeutic needs.
It was the best massage I ever had. Chelsea Renee gave me a 2 hour massage with a facial and body exfoliation and it was amazing. She stretched and focused on areas of pain. And I actually felt taken care of/cared about because it felt like if she found a knot or area that was tight she spent extra time and effort on that area. By far my favorite part was the neck massage. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting a massage and some relaxation and self care.
The whole experience was absolutely amazing. A true delight and just what you want for a relaxing birthday massage experience! Receptionist was very sweet, masseuse Chiaki was 10000/10 amazing. Thank you!!
