I was referred to Authorized Commercial Equipment Service by Kitchenaid for a minor repair on my mixer - I wish every service experience I have was as good as this one. They were very upfront about the estimate and potential issues they may run into. Very easy to communicate with and repaired my mixer sooner than quoted.
As a Subway restaurant facilities manager I have used Authorized on multiple occasions over the past 5 years. Unfortunately they lost their most experienced bench tech to retirement and things have been a little "off" since then. Before their bench tech retired I could drop off a speedoven on Monday, he would have it diagnosed by Tuesday and repaired by Friday even if they had to order parts. Unfortunately the last time I dropped off a speedoven it took 5 weeks before the repair was completed and unfortunately the tech they pulled from the field did the repair incorrectly. Great company to work with - I really enjoyed speaking with Roger and Shannon. 10/10 - would definitely recommend working with these guys. They've helped our family for generations - love them!
