I have anxiety and other struggles when it comes to getting my blood drawn and ended up passing out last time I had it drawn. This facility was INCREDIBLE in their response. They were prompt, efficient, caring, and patient with me.
I came back today for the first time since then to get my blood drawn and was very, very nervous. They sent in Kavon to draw my blood and he was wonderful. He was kind, patient, and funny, which helped my blood draw experience immensely. He made me feel much less anxious to come and do it again when I need to! I recently had an appointment at this clinic and left feeling more anxious than when I arrived, which was disappointing.
Both the front desk staff and the Medical Assistant who took my vitals were cordial. However, both their service and care felt unprofessional and somewhat inexperienced.
The visit involved mostly basic, checklist-style questions, with minimal engagement and very little time spent addressing my concerns. Given my history of elevated blood pressure, I was surprised that the family nurse practitioner I saw did not perform a physical exam, such as listening to my heart, and there was little discussion tailored to my individual situation.

I am new to this facility and I cannot express how satisfied I am with the care of Dr Buttler and his staff. Their care and compassion and commitment feels personalized but they are able to manage this with utmost professionalism. Kudos to a great team
