He asked me questions I hadn’t even considered and gave me a cut that super exceeded what I could have came up with by myself. I also love his personality. He is himself and keeps it real. You used to be able to walk in and get an appointment but that's not the case anymore. It generally takes a couple of days to get an appointment, with the most popular barbers it can take a month.
