We’ve had a maintenance plan with Andy Lewis for many years but the technician, Trey, who came out today was by far the most knowledgeable, professional and thorough specialist we’ve ever worked with. He was so exceptional that we’re requesting to take our maintenance plan to the home we’re building and requesting him to be our technician whenever possible. A big thanks to Andy Lewis and especially to Trey for keeping our HVAC in tip top condition and protecting one of our most valuable investments!
Andy Lewis- technician Bryson provides exceptional care and service. My home had been HOT 🥵 and although frustrating I’m actually glad it happened because I got a technician that actually made me feel good about trusting their service. Bryson not only resolved the issue, I signed up for a service plan primarily because of his professionalism, thorough and honest communication on my issues.

We returned home yesterday after 8 weeks and found our thermostat to be ' all jacked up'. We called the on call service and Bethany came to our rescue! She was so pleasant, polite, knowledgeable and professional! She had the thermostat functioning again within 10 minutes! Bethany turned our unpleasant situation into a very positive experience!
