I went on 4.6.23 for a consultation, Shannon is professional and relatable. I can't wait to go back for the service. Will update after.Edit: Shannon did amazingly well. My hair is so pretty even when I let it air dry with no product. It feels healthy. She was so gentle in lifting my naturally black and previously lightened hair to a nice carmel blonde with balayage. Not sure if I worded that right, either way she did a great job.
Being new to the area, it's extremely nerve wracking finding someone who you feel comfortable managing your hair. I'm extremely grateful to have come across Alchemy. Shannon wasn't intimidated by how light I wanted my roots to go (I have naturally black hair) and she was able to lighten it while keeping it healthy. I can tell she was conservative on the developer while she was getting acquainted, but it still came out great. Looking forward to the next session.
Shannon spent 7 hours with me today doing a color correction. She is friendly, relatable, witty and extremely knowledgeable. I will not be seeing anyone else for my hair care needs! Thank you Shannon!!
