I found Adair Associates via a Groupon four years ago, and try to visit every two months or so. The quality of the massage therapy and bodywork is much better than any other place I've tried in Charlotte. Debbie always asks about any current problem areas, and then tries very hard to solve or relieve those issues on the table. I've had other therapists that appeared to be "counting strokes" and no others do the same level of deep tissue work as I have had at Adair Associates.
Debbie is also more flexible in scheduling than larger "big box spas" and has made herself available quickly when I've hurt my back... read full review

I have been a client of Debbie Adair for many years. I try to get in to see her about once a month. More if I have a problem area that needs more attention. Debbie is thorough in her massages and does an excellent job. I have referred family and friends to her.

I have gone to Adair & Assoc for almost 15 years. I have fibromyalgia and at times need immediate massages to help manage my pain. Debbie has always gone out of her way to make time for me. Her deep tissue massage offers me immediate relief and she is very thorough. I can't recommend her high enough to others
