Was fine for a few years until this year when he went ghost on me after filling tax extension. Haven't been able to contact him by phone or email for the last few months while my taxes sit in limbo, I am unsure what is going on. I know there were some health issues, so have lots of leniency regarding that, but there have been zero updates or ability to contact as my filing date nears.

Terrible service and communication and to top it off zero accountability. Called this guy after several weeks of having my information and he says he never had my number to get more information to complete my file. Don’t waste your time.

Reg couldn't make it any easier to file taxes. I live outside of the US and simply send him all of my documentation and he prepares and files everything for me. Completely painless, professional and affordable.
