About Water Wisdom Bodywork

Water Wisdom Bodywork, led by Sarah, is a business that offers healing and rejuvenating massage therapy sessions. Sarah tailors each session to the unique needs of her clients, using a blend of modalities such as Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, trigger-point therapy, and Craniosacral therapy. She also incorporates traditional Chinese medicine principles, working with meridian systems and acupressure points, thanks to her studies as a Qigong instructor. The approach at Water Wisdom Bodywork allows clients to experience a nervous system that opens to ease, release, and healing in harmony with the body and mind. Sarah's craniosacral massage therapy has been described as gentle yet powerful, with the ability to help release pent-up emotions. Sarah's sessions are focused on mindfulness and slowing down, creating a unique and customized experience for each client. The location of her business is remote, situated in a house with a view of the outdoors, providing a calming and peaceful environment. Clients have reported feeling comfortable opening up to Sarah during their sessions, highlighting her attentiveness, gentleness, and kindness. They have also appreciated the light, feminine touch and the emphasis on slowing down to be mindful of being in the moment. Overall, Water Wisdom Bodywork provides a healing and rejuvenating experience, leaving clients feeling at ease and encouraged to book follow-up sessions.

I had a craniosacral massage therapy with Sarah. We started by having a conversation about what brought me to her. Right away, I felt comfortable opening up to her. The massage that followed was gentle yet powerful. I could really feel my body release pent up emotions, which is what craniosacral massage is so good at doing. I got the massage two weeks ago and can still feel its effects. I will definitely go back to Sarah's space for follow ups!

My experience with Sarah was fulfilling and I'm happy to share my honest thoughts.Firstly, the location is pretty remote and it's situated in a house with a view of the outdoors. I've had massage therapy with lots of therapists and I have to say the structure/techniques Sarah applies are a bit different, it's focused on mindfulness and slowing down.If you prefer medium-fast paced speed then this may not be for you but I believe the massages may be custom (I'm just speaking from my own experience). The pressure for the majority of the massage was on the lower side but this may have been just me being used to deep tissue massages and experiencing lots of pressure usually.I...read full review

Sarah's more than a bodyworker: I think 'healer' is more appropriate. They have such a diverse background of holistic healing modalities and seamlessly employ this toolbox to meet a combination of my structural, somatic, and even spiritual needs. It is not unusual for one of my sessions with Sarah to include PT-esque suggestions, QiGong practices, and bodywork. I happily add my five stars here to continue Sarah's perfect record: highly, highly recommended.
