I visited this Urgent Care today and had a terrific experience, namely, because of a really wonderful nurse practitioner name Renita. Her expertise was really helpful and addressing my concern, but her kindness and respect really stood out.
Absolutely amazing experience from start to finish. The nurses were incredible, the doctor was outstanding, and the medical receptionist was just as wonderful. Everyone was kind, professional, and truly cared. I made an appt online in advance, I was seen quickly once I arrived @8am, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. They even went the extra mile to call my insurance when my visit was initially declared out of network (I was visiting from another state), saving me over $400 in out-of-pocket costs, which I really appreciated. Highly recommend for anyone needing prompt and compassionate care! UNC is the best!
Went on a Sunday after making an appointment and was in and out easily without a long wait. Front desk was helpful and kind, too. Was much less crowded than the Family Medicine location usually is, so I recommend giving them a try.
