Emil was very thorough and respectful. He asked if I wanted each area sprayed and made sure not to enter a new area without announcing himself as I was often another area of the house while he was working, which is a wonderful thing as female living alone.
Emil is very professional and kind. I will always be informed when he's on the way to the appointment. He is always happy to answer any questions l have. When l have a concern about the service, he takes the time to listen and offers intelligent responses. The courtesy, professionalism, kindness and services rendered are to be commended.
