As soon as I came in I was welcomed by this guy (didn’t know his name) but I talked to him and he offered me chips and water while I waited for Ariel the piercing artist. She talked me during the whole thing while piercing my ear, her soft tone made it very comfortable. Great service, welcoming greet, piercing looked nice, and overall 10/10 experience thanks guys“
