We recently moved to North Carolina and were in need of an insured tree service company. We saw that our neighbor across the street had hired Pure Tree Care. Mark Collins took time to come over and survey our yard after he finished with our neighbor’s trees. After we spoke, it was evident that Mark is an extremely knowledgeable arborist. We also liked the fact that he prioritized which trees should be removed with safety in mind for us. Mark gave us some quotes, that we found very reasonable for the jobs we wished to have done, so we scheduled an appointment. Our first job was to remove five medium size trees, which required climbing. Seems like we made the right call as we were very pleased with Pure Tree Care and the performance of their employees, Luke and Henry. They showed up on time, were very courteous, professional, and knew what they were doing. Their equipment was first-rate top-notch from their climbing gear to the wood chipper and they knew how to use them. Luke and Henry showed great teamwork skills as they communicated with each other using radio helmets. They didn’t take any short-cuts to ensure no damage was done to our neighbor’s fence and plants that were near the work area. The guys cleaned up all the debris and left the work area cleaner than it was before the job began. We are looking forward to our next scheduled job when they return to remove a very large pine tree near our house. We plan to use Pure Tree Care in the future and highly recommend them for anyone in need of tree care services.
We recently purchased an existing home on a heavily-wooded lot. We asked Pure Tree Care to take a look and make recommendations. Mark suggested a mix of pruning and removal. The suggestions took care of one dead tree, two that will eventually die from ash borer disease, several that are likely to fall from age or growth deformities, and two that were hazardous by overhanging or blocking the view of the street. Mark and crew came when promised. They were interrupted by the big winter storm, but came back promptly the next day, even though it was a holiday, and finished the job. They kept busy the whole time and were very careful with the property. This included moving and replacing the low-voltage light system and some decorative stones. The street , driveway, and roof were blown clear of all dust and chips. This was an entirely professional job! The whole crew was friendly and worked hard. We are very happy with the work and will call them again when our trees need attention again. Thank you, Mark and crew!
Just wanted to share the amazing service by Mark from Pure Tree Care who came out and removed a few dead trees on our property. He has been efficient to work and communicate with, did amazing job removing the trees, removed and cut up the tree limbs and most importantly didn't cause any damage to the surrounding landscape. I strongly recommend his company!
