Avance Care is my go-to pediatric practice. All of the providers are wonderful, supportive, and truly care about their patients. Dr. Still and Dr. Hendrick especially made a huge difference during the newborn stage and while I was navigating postpartum. They made me feel heard, supported, and genuinely better during such an important time.
Appointments are usually easy to schedule, the availability is great, and the nurses are always kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly helpful. I highly recommend Avance Care to anyone looking for exceptional pediatric care from newborns all the way through the teen years.
Overall amazing, doctors and nurses are all sweet. My son doesn’t even cry when getting his finger pricked or anything! We used to be scared of the doctor and he looks forward to going to the doctor now!
Dr. Hendrick went above and beyond during our visit. He did not seem rushed and was so patient with my kids. He is very knowledgeable and listened to all our concerns. I was extremely impressed with all the staff - the front desk went out of their way to help me with school forms I almost forgot about until they reminded me. Additional thanks to Miss Linda for making sure my kids were comfortable with all the “strange” medical equipment before taking their blood pressure and temp.
