Carteret was prompt in helping with my air system. Can’t say enough how courteous and prompt “Tellas” was in my need of cool air. Very detailed in explaining what was needed. ?
The tech,Tellas, was highly professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He explained everything he was doing and why. He also helped me understand the horizon on my almost 20 year old unit. I cannot say enough about this company. From the initial quote (Mike was incredibly thorough and knowledgeable), through yesterday’s installation. The install crew -Corey & Danny - were exceptional, we barely knew they were here and worked as a team and were incredibly efficient. I had a slight hiccup on the install (fan would not shut off) but the internal communication on their side had them proactively reaching out to me with the fix handled this morning. Every single person we have dealt with this company has been TOP NOTCH! I’d give them 10 stars if I could! They were honest, gave multiple options and knew what we needed.
