Excellent service as usual very prompt. I have standardized all of my service with Carteret Heating And Cooling -EI because of their responsiveness and quality service and experience.
The gentleman who came out today was excellent. Diagnosed the problem immediately and got me back online very quickly. This is very important when we have guests staying at our cottages.
Our A/C died on a very hot day. We were impressed with the quick response from Carteret Heating and Air. Everyone we talked to was professional. Andrew diagnosed the issue and replaced the part. We would definitely recommend.
We have been customers for close to 17 years, but had possibly the best service experience to date, with this year’s preventative maintenance call. Our technician was Shawn, nicknamed “5-Star”, around the office…I was told!!!?. He was extremely knowledgeable and detail oriented. He gave us information to improve the efficiency of our system that had never been mentioned by any previous technicians!! It should keep our house cooler and save us money, as well!!! We have requested him to be our future technician. Thank you, Shawn!!!??
