Chris did an outstanding job replacing all floorboards, steps & top rail of my 320 sq ft, 2nd story deck. His pricing is more than fair and he is very communicative. I will definitely have him back for more repairs.
Chris Owens took on two projects for me. First was an old barn shed that needed a lot of restoration. The roof was moldy and ended up needing new USB under new shingles. All the sides were weathered and he replaced them and installed new trim. The second is a Lean-to. He built the structure strongly to protect from lake winds that can cause damage. He was meticulous in his approach and completion of the lean-to. Will call him for more projects needed down the road.
Chris is building a sunporch for me. He is doing an incredible job! He had to tear down the ancient porch from a box kit that was here when we bought the house last fall and is almost done building a new one. He and Gary are so dependable and they are such hard workers. The sunporch should be finished next week. I'll post my final review and photos then. I just couldn't wait to let you know he does quality work for a fair price, arrives on time and is comfortable to be around. Isn't that what we all want from a contractor?
