Friendly staff and fun course. Pace of play is usually 4.5-5 hours. Priced a little high because they are the only course on the island. Several courses within 30 minutes that are in better condition with lower fees, faster pace of play and at least one has 27 holes. There is a great restaurant, Duffer's, in the clubhouse with very good food and service. This course serves the community well hosting many charity tournaments. We played on 10 MAR 26 and the weather was great ... breezy, mixed sun and clouds, with temps in the low 70's. The staff was friendly and easy to work with / helpful for a newbie to the course. Fairways are Bermuda and still in winter condition, which makes for a lot of roll on low, wind-vheater shots. Greensboro were in nice condition and quite receptive. Pace of play was fine and the course was not crowded. At $87 pp including cart, it was a bit pricey - but the experience was enjoyable. I would play again!

This is the first time I have golfed here and I completely enjoyed the course. I was a little concerned because of some other reviews. The course was in great condition, greens were a little fast. I saw a gator for the first time since I moved here. I highly recommend it and I will be back there soon.
