Aubrey with Holley Heating was able to identify issues other techs have missed. He was knowledgeable, a straight shooter, and allowed us to save money with his suggestions. Will be using them for all of our heating/cooling needs. Would recommend to anyone! 5/5 A+

This is a great heating and air company with wonderful employees. Last year the heating and air unit in our home was struck by lighting, and they replaced the unit in a matter of weeks. In the mean time they let us borrow window units to help cool our home until the new unit was installed. The employees are always courteous and respectful I’ve been impressed by their work and will continue to use them in the future!

Dealing with repair of heat pump for over a month. Spent $750, parts changed but no real diagnostics of what is the problem. Hard to get a tech that really understands system. Sorry to complain but I pay for solution not for changing parts to see what sticks.
I have spent $1,300 after a half dozen visits over 6 months and am left with a broken unit. Three fan motors replaced with the the last also failing resulting in shorting out some heat strips when part of the fan came apart. Per the last comment from the tech's who came out, "I was lucky the house was still standing and didn't burn down". The unit heated up to such an extent that the tech's couldn't touch it? After conversations with Aubry Holley, owner, today he has offered to replace the fan motor and the fan that caused the damage to the heat strips "since his people handled the fan blade" replacing the two previous new motors that also burned out. I will have to pay for the replacement of the heat strips and likely a new board (replaced previously in August 2018). I requested that he replace whatever was damaged as a result of the 3rd replaced fan motor and to certify it was safe to use. He declined.j I would rate them "0" if it was an option.
I normally do all I can to assist a services vendor; providing them with a ladder and wasp spray on this and previous visits, but this is too much. I will seek service elsewhere, regardless of cost, and encourage anyone needing info to call me directly. My apology to the tech's and service desk who have been very responsive. I love the area and hate to see a local vendor fail but I will not spend on POOR service.
