I've had the opportunity to work with Cliff and his team for nearly a decade, and they continue to impress. Their craftmanship & pride in their work continue to raise the bar. It is always a pleasure working with a builder who values quality, communication and doing things the correct way. Highly recommend FBC to anyone looking for a professional builder in NC.
Our experience with Fine Built Construction exceeded expectations. From the very first design consultation to the final walkthrough, the team listened carefully to what we envisioned; offered smart suggestions we hadn’t considered; and kept the process organized. What impressed us most was the quality of craftsmanship and sub-contractors. I won’t lie, building a home that is over 600 miles away can be daunting. From a daily business perspective there was always strong communication. Now that we are living in our “dream home”, our satisfaction is hard to put into words.

We would highly recommend Fine Built Construction, Inc. Cliff and his team are professional, experienced and responsible. They made building a new house a wonderful experience. They were easy to work with, and very responsive any time we needed to get in touch with them. Cliff prides himself on his work and ensures his customers' needs are met. Their project management process is excellent resulting in a well coordinated work stream with their subcontractors and an efficient buildout timeline Their pricing process is fair and transparent and our questions were dealt with promptly and adequately.
