“I had an excellent experience at Cashiers Chiropractic and highly recommend Dr. Simons and her attentive and friendly staff. I was experiencing acute lower back pain in the summer of 2023 and was very happy with my relief and results. After some leg pain and tightness in my back in 2022, I sought medical help from a neurologist. An MRI revealed a pinched nerve and bulging lumbar disc. I had 3 months of Physical Therapy and followed up with home exercises. In June, I aggravated my lower back and could barely get out of bed, turn over, or bend down to pick up anything.
