We rented with Walnut Street for two years, and we were really happy with their management of the property we were renting. I know how important it is to have a property manager who is quick to respond, thoroughly explains things, and makes the move out process seamless, and John Henry and his team really made our experience great. We’ve had property managers in the past who were not great with maintenance issues, but Walnut Street was phenomenal. We had a few issues including our AC going out in the dead of summer (they got someone out the SAME NIGHT to fix it), our icemaker not working, and some odds and ends issues, and they were always super responsive.

I have worked with John Henry and the fantastic team at Walnut Street Rentals for a few years now. I cannot say enough good things about this wonderful company who really cares about your rental properties and tenants— taking the entire hassle out of the management process. One key aspect of this company is their approach for getting the “right renters” in from the onset which can make or break the whole experience and your wallet.
