This was the best urgent care experience I could have hoped for! Everyone was so friendly. Dr. Chao was knowledgeable and gave excellent patient care. He actually involved me in the discussion about my care. The nurse (I think her name was Debby?) was very friendly and efficient. Even the ladies at the front desk, Kathy and Fran, were nice! I was apprehensive about going to an urgent care. I was used to long wait times, crowded waiting rooms, and grumpy staff. I won't hesitate to come back here if I am in need of urgent, thorough care.
First time here. Took our 2 kids to get checked out for some severe coughing and general sickness. Had an excellent experience. Both Taylor and Darren made the kids feel super comfortable and were so kind. Definitely don’t want to be back anytime soon, but knowing there’s a great place with awesome medical staff is such a relief.
I called and spoke to Cindy before going to urgent care yesterday, regarding an urgent matter. Cindy was so nice and recommended that I come in to be seen. I arrived yesterday and the staff were soooo nice. I can't remember the name of the first nurse that attended to me (so sorry), but she was sweet, she listened and cared for me with concern. Next was Dr. Casey - she took time to listen to me and my concern. She provided next steps and recommendations and provided care instructions. She was so kind, and I appreciate that. Finally, I met Cindy at the end of my visit, and she was very kind as well. I appreciate the care and great customer service. I hope I never have...read full review
