While most of the barbers at V's Barbershop receive praise for their excellent service and expertise, one customer had a negative experience with a particular barber. However, the manager was quick to address the issue and offer a full refund, demonstrating the shop's commitment to customer satisfaction.
Overall, V's Barbershop is highly recommended by its customers, who appreciate the friendly staff, great haircuts, and the overall enjoyable barbershop atmosphere. The shop is particularly praised for its ability to cater to customers' needs, even when they're unsure of the exact style they want, and for providing excellent service to both adults and children.
First time, Cheryl did a fantastic haircut exactly what I wanted. She was quick, efficient, great conversation and attention the detail. It was really easy to book online. Was warmly greeted as soon as I walked in. Highly recommend recommended and I’ll definitely be back. Very convenient Saturday and Sunday hours easy parking and like I said easy online booking you don’t have to talk to anybody.
Rachel squeezed my son in for a haircut and did an amazing job! Super friendly and welcoming on the phone (vs another place we called, where the lady was sort of rude and gave one worded, uninterested responses).
The hospitality of V’s extended beyond the phone to the service and professionalism. Will make the drive out to continue being patrons. Awesome vibe, great people, and even better quality and cuts. Love this place!
Great haircut from Diane! Excellent gentleman’s cut with blended taper. She is
very likable and personable and provided a thorough consultation before the cut. Highly recommend!!
