Outstanding customer service at this Von Kekel Salon. Josh was very professional when checking me in for my appt. And Jenna my stylist was very professional and offered great recommendations for highlights and styling based on my hair type! I highly recommend this Salon!

Stylist: Jenna Carnes. Jenna was great to work! She help me choose the right color for highlights and new Aveda products to try!! I have already booked my second appt. with Jenna!

I am a client of VonKekel Salon, North Hills for 20 years and have always had a great experience. You absolutely get the salon experience each time and Shawn and Paul are so professional and kind. I am very particular with my hair and color and I’m always happy. I highly recommend and would give more stars if I could! Great salon, great people, great hair.

I have been going to Aveda for over 16 years at the former Cary location, the North Hills location, and now the Fenton Cary location. Service from the front desk receptionists to the director Jillian to all the stylists (I have seen 6 over the years) has kept me coming back. I started with Donna and was truly saddened when she retired. Even through COVID, the Aveda team made sure customers had access to our AVEDA color so "our grey" did not consume us like the pandemic did.
