He actually involved me in the discussion about my care. The nurse (I think her name was Debby?) was very friendly and efficient. Even the ladies at the front desk, Kathy and Fran, were nice! I was apprehensive about going to an urgent care. I was used to long wait times, crowded waiting rooms, and grumpy staff. I won't hesitate to come back here if I am in need of urgent, thorough care.“
