The first time I meet Ryan, he impressed with his love for what he does and at the same time was not a pushy salesman. But that year replacing our AC was top of list. The following year we went back and as soon as Ryan started talking I quickly remembered him. And I was still impressed that we set up an appointment for our free consultation and roof inspection. Just had our hail damaged roof replaced by TTR. Experience from initial call, to quote (which was competitive), at home consultation, scheduling, installation, and cleanup was great. Ryan provided a quote within a couple of days of our initial conversation and followed up to see if i had any questions. Once the decision was made to go with TTR, Ryan came out to the house with samples for the material color selections. Braden, Ryan's son, followed up for scheduling and was on-site both days during the installation.
